Aspire Health is a collaboration between Montage Health and Salinas Valley Health, created to serve the people of Monterey County with locally guided Medicare coverage and healthcare services.
As a community-based organization, Aspire Health offers Medicare Advantage health plans designed to support access to care, coordination with local providers, and coverage that reflects the community's needs.
Through personalized support, strong relationships with local providers, and a focus on education and care coordination, Aspire Health is committed to helping individuals understand their Medicare options and make informed healthcare decisions.

Join our no-cost, educational seminars to learn about your healthcare options, understand your benefits, and get your questions answered without any sales pressure. A licensed Aspire Health Plan advisor will guide you through the details so you can feel confident in your choices.
- Medicare benefit seminar — Learn about Medicare Advantage, prescription drug coverage, and Aspire Health Plan benefits at our neighborhood benefit seminar. A sales agent will be present with information and applications.
