Healthy Together

Montage Health’s family-focused pediatric wellness program offers engaging sessions that guide families to discover how to live Healthy Together.

The flexible program is offered in Spanish and English and is led by expert health and well-being coaches at no cost to eligible families.

Class Formats

Group Classes - Engaging one-hour evening sessions, including group activities and hands-on family learning.

Individual appointments – A 30-minute telephone or video call with personalized lifestyle education, family coaching, and goal-setting.

Our group class locations are conveniently located at community spaces throughout Monterey County. For families unable to travel, we offer telephonic appointments.

For Providers and Resources Centers

Eligible patients must be between the ages of 2 and 18 and a resident of Monterey County with at least one of the following criteria met:

  • Greater than 85th percentile/age BMI
  • Unexpected weight gain
  • Abnormal laboratory values

No cost to eligible families regardless of health coverage status.
