Dr. Chase divides her time between primary care in Marina and as chief medical officer for Montage Medical Group. Dr. Chase received her doctor of osteopathic medicine from Touro University in Vallejo and completed her residency in family medicine at St. Petersburg General Hospital in Florida, where she was also chief resident. Dr. Chase received an executive master of business administration degree in healthcare from University of Colorado Denver School of Business. Before joining Montage Medical Group, Dr. Chase was the regional medical director of medical home and ancillary services at Colorado Permanente Medical Group.
