Sarah Hudgens, FNP-BC, brings care, compassion, and a wealth of knowledge to her work helping patients manage diabetes and other endocrine-related conditions. Diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at age 11, she understands firsthand the challenges of managing a chronic disease.
Sarah believes the best care begins with listening and strives to create a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable asking questions, sharing concerns, and taking an active role in their care. She is passionate about educating patients, building lasting relationships, and developing realistic, sustainable treatment plans that help people achieve their health goals. Her personal experience with diabetes brings a unique level of empathy and understanding to every patient interaction.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys traveling, exploring new places, spending time with family and friends, staying active, and playing with her Irish Wolfhound, Gandalf.
