Which patient portal should I use?
If you aren't sure which patient portal you should use, contact MOSM for assistance at (831) 658-3301.
Can you help me renew my prescriptions?
To renew your prescription, call us on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Call before your medicine runs out. We cannot refill prescriptions after hours or on the weekend.
Will I receive an appointment reminder?
Patients will receive a text message and/or email three days prior to their appointment to complete new patient paperwork.
