MRI center
Get the insight you need about your injury at Montage Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. Our MRI center at Ryan Ranch helps your care team make a diagnosis, so you can start treatment.
You’ll feel at ease during your imaging scan because:
- Our machine has a wide opening
- Your head may be outside the tunnel throughout the exam
Your doctor at Montage Orthopedics and Sports Medicine can see the images right after your test. That means you spend less time waiting for the results.
What is MRI?
Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) makes detailed pictures of the inside of your body. It doesn’t use radiation, so it’s safer than some other types of imaging.
MRI is especially helpful in orthopedic care. That’s because it shows soft tissues like muscles, tendons, ligaments, and cartilage. These areas don’t show up well on X-rays.
Accreditation means excellence
You can feel confident in our quality of care because we're accredited in MRI from the American College of Radiology. It means we have the right staff, technology, and procedures to ensure your well-being and accurate results.
Top experts review your images
Radiologists with National Orthopedic Imaging Associates review your test results. Then, they discuss their findings with us. They have fellowship training in imaging of the spine or bones and muscles. That means you get informed, specialized care. These radiologists also review imaging test results for professional sports teams. So, you benefit from the same expertise as elite athletes.
