Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC)
The Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) partners with organizational leaders to improve patient experience, safety, equity, and trust by integrating the lived experiences of patients and families into planning and improvement efforts.
PFAC isn’t a forum for resolving individual concerns. Instead, it is a place to step back, reflect on your experiences, and contribute to broad, system-level improvements. The most impactful members are those who can listen actively, consider perspectives beyond their own, and engage in meaningful, respectful dialogue even when viewpoints differ.
