Isaac Dana

  • Personal trainer

Isaac brings years of weightlifting experience and a passion for helping others achieve lasting results to his work as a personal trainer certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. His fitness journey began when he set out to lose more than 60 pounds, a transformation that sparked a lifelong commitment to strength, health, and personal growth.

At Montage Wellness Center, Isaac’s mission is to help people of all ages build strength, improve mobility, and gain confidence. He believes that just one-to-three hours of resistance training per week can create life-changing improvements in health and independence.

Isaac takes a personalized approach to training, combining real-world experience, evidence-based practices, and client feedback to design programs tailored to each individual’s needs. He continually adjusts workouts to ensure steady progress in strength, bone health, and mobility, always prioritizing safety.

For Isaac, a stronger body is the foundation for a better, more independent life, and he is dedicated to guiding clients on their journey to becoming the best version of themselves.
