America is passionate about improving quality of life through movement and strongly believes that exercise is one of the best tools to live a happy and healthy life. Her interest in fitness began when she started lifting weights and running after graduating from high school. She furthered her knowledge in exercise with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from California State University, Monterey Bay (CSUMB).

America is passionate about helping others through their fitness journey. She has been a physical therapy aide and intern for four years and integrates her knowledge of different clinical settings into her work as a personal trainer. She will be attending Northern Arizona University’s doctor of physical therapy program and enjoys using her knowledge as a physical therapy aide, student, and personal trainer in her journey to become a physical therapist. America is passionate about serving her community and believes everyone can become a stronger and healthier version of themselves.
