Ryan Fisher

  • Personal trainer

As a lifelong athlete with a passion for sports and movement, Ryan believes in the power of staying active to improve both physical and mental well-being. From an early age, he was drawn to team sports and fitness, leading him to explore various training styles and develop a deep appreciation for how the body moves. He enjoys helping others find confidence in movement — whether it’s building strength, improving mobility, or reaching performance goals — by tailoring programs to individual needs.

Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology with a concentration in physical activity and wellness from Sacramento State University. In addition to Montage Wellness Center, he works at StretchLab as a “flexologist,” specializing in assisted stretching and mobility techniques. He has years of experience in boutique fitness, strength, and hypertrophy training, as well as coaching youths and adults in one-on-one and group settings. Ryan believes that consistency and quality movement are the keys to long-term health, confidence, and performance.
