Zachary Cotti

  • Personal trainer

My name is Zac Cotti I was born and raised in Prunedale, CA. I have played sports my entire life, from childhood to college. In that time I have acquired knowledge of exercises from each sport that I have been able to use in my day to day life. My main sports in high school were football and baseball but due to injuries, I missed the opportunity to play football at the collegiate level which led me to play baseball for Cabrillo Community College. After I finished playing baseball I became interested in martial arts and have been practicing and competing in Judo ever since.

I have had a lot of different injuries from every sport I have played, but from those injuries I have learned new exercises and gained a variety of knowledge of rehabilitation and variations of exercises that will target the same muscle without being in pain. I have seen personally how important it is to be physically active and healthy so people can enjoy their lives with their families and not miss out on any opportunity due to mobility issues. It also brings me joy to help someone achieve a new fitness goal which will then lead them to a new, more challenging goal.

Everything is impossible until someone does it.
