Sessions and packages

Count on Montage Wellness Center for flexible training options that match your budget, schedule, and goals. Training sessions are 30 to 60 minutes long, and we offer individual and group training options.

One-time sessions

When you become a Montage Wellness Center member, you’ll receive one free session to experience the advantages for yourself. You can purchase single, one-time sessions with a personal trainer at any time.

Training packages

As a Montage Wellness Center member, you can sign up for:

  • Trial package at $299 ($60 per session), with sessions held once per week for five weeks
  • Basic package at $549 ($55 per session), with sessions held twice per week for five weeks
  • Accelerated package at $999 ($49 per session), with sessions held three times a week for six and a half weeks

You can also choose to bundle training packages in packs of 40, 20, 10, and five for additional discounts.
