The Ohana campus and facilities
When it comes to your child’s experience at Ohana, we believe the right setting can be just as powerful as the care we provide. That’s why we worked together with NBBJ to design a campus where every detail — from the architecture to our services — promotes healing. It all comes together to create the one-of-a-kind Ohana experience. Your child can feel safe, supported, and free to grow here.

Innovative, evidence-based design to foster healing
Research shows that a calming, supportive environment is crucial to mental health treatment and healing. We created the Ohana campus to be a secure, welcoming space for your family. It’s carefully designed to meet your child’s needs and respect their privacy.
Tucked in Monterey’s coastal hills, our campus blends with nature. Expansive views, natural light, and open space help create a setting that feels hopeful, not clinical. Plus, time in nature helps lower cortisol, the hormone linked to stress. It gives your child room to breathe, reflect, and grow.
Your child will have time for comfort and connection. We offer quiet, uncrowded spaces and private rooms to support their personal care. They can enjoy communal spaces, too, like our gardens, patio, and outdoor amphitheater. Creative outlets like music and art give them space to explore their emotions. However they heal best, we’ll be by their side.
