October 2021 Better U Fitness Lecture

Learn how to build improve the 7 essential function movements: 

  • Squat
  • Lunge
  • Push
  • Pull
  • Hinge
  • Twist
  • Gait

This lecture will discuss how these 7 movements are needed for everyday activity and show you how to incorporate them into a long term progressive program.

The goal of this lecture is to help identify and improve areas of weakness in everyday activity.

Think walking, balance, getting off the floor, lifting and carrying objects.
