The Anxiety Group is designed to teach skills that can help reduce worry and enhance quality of life. Many people manage their worry in ways that only work temporarily, and actually tend to increase worry more over time. This group aims to help you have a better understanding of what contributes to your worry and teaches you ways to effectively cope.
