Physical activity doesn’t need to be hard. Walking boosts physical health, mental well-being, and can help manage serious health conditions.

Open to all members of the community, Walk for Health is a monthly 30-minute walk over easy terrain with a healthcare professional. Discuss and learn more about improving your health from Montage Health care professionals who will lead and educate you along the way as you enjoy the outdoors together.

By making walking a part of your lifestyle you will improve:

  • Mental health
  • Cardiovascular health
  • Bone health
  • Disease protection
  • Weight loss
