The CBTI group focuses on treating people who struggle with insomnia using a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy–Insomnia module. This group will learn about sleep regulation, reasons for interrupted sleep, and techniques to improve sleep quality. Each week the therapist will introduce new techniques, review participant’s progress, and help to create plans to improve sleep. This group is not intended for basic sleep hygiene tips.
This is a 6-8 week group held on Mondays from 2–3:30 p.m.
Facilitated by Dr. Karen Egu, PsyD and Dr. Danielle Dollinger, PsyD
