In this free online class, learn how to have a more skillful relationship with stress. Mindfulness can help you handle stress more effectively
by becoming more self-aware, and creating strategies that help build resilience and bring equilibrium in the moment.

Discover easy and powerful mindfulness practices to cultivate calm and self-awareness 

Reflect on your own current internal experiences (body sensations, thoughts, emotions) when faced with stress

Develop key mindset shifts that can transform your relationship with stress and improve self-care
