The importance of identifying burnout has been magnified with the disruption and associated stress triggered by COVID-19.
Join us for a talk on how to identify and address burnout and feel better about life ahead. In this online lecture, you will learn how to:


❙ Identify key factors contributing to stress, burnout, and depression
❙ Describe the complex inter-relationships between burnout, depression,
and resilience, and how these factors may interact with each other as
a result of pressures in the environment
❙ Reduce symptoms of burnout
❙ Identify different approaches to problems
❙ Promote well-being and resilience, particularly in a pandemic
