Creating healthier futures for local youth
Every ticket purchased through Montage Health Foundation helps us provide school-based health and wellness programs throughout Monterey County at no cost to schools or families. Together, they’re helping young people build healthier habits and brighter futures.
Nutrition for kids program
Hands-on nutrition and physical activity education teaches students and families how to build healthy habits through fun, experiential learning. Elementary students explore nutrition basics, prepare simple and tasty recipes, and learn how to make smarter food and activity choices that support lifelong wellness.
Mental fitness
Through in-school group sessions, classroom presentations, and family education, Montage Health’s school-based mental health programs help students build resilience, learn to manage stress and anxiety, and develop healthy social-emotional skills.
Substance use prevention
Montage Health’s substance use prevention initiatives equip students, families, and educators with the knowledge to prevent substance use and understand the dangers of deadly drugs like fentanyl. The program provides education, resources, and tools to promote safe choices and save lives.
