David Straface, MD, is a primary care physician specializing in internal medicine with Montage Medical Group in Carmel. He is medical director of Montage Medical Group and a member of its board. He graduated from Dartmouth Medical School in 1990 and completed his residency at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in 1993. He was an internist and assistant professor of medicine at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center from 1993-95. Dr. Straface is board certified in internal medicine. He was in private practice in Monterey from 1995-2009, when he joined Montage Medical Group. He serves as an officer on the board of directors of the Monterey Bay Independent Physicians Association.
