As a lifelong believer in staying active at every stage of life, Sarah’s passion for movement began early through ice skating, competitive dance, Pilates, and weightlifting. Over the years, she’s explored and embraced many ways to move and exercise, giving her a deep appreciation for the variety and adaptability that fitness offers. Sarah enjoys sharing this knowledge with others, helping people find the style of movement that best suits them while educating them on the many physical and mental benefits of staying active.
Sarah holds a bachelor's degree in kinesiology with a concentration in exercise science from California State University, Monterey Bay and is a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. Her background includes specialized training in strength and conditioning techniques, along with experience as a physical therapy aide. Sarah enjoys working with clients of all types to help make daily activities easier, increase strength, and promote independence. She approaches fitness with the mindset that “motion is lotion” — believing that consistent movement is key to longevity, well-being, and quality of life.
