Dress as your favorite sports legend at our annual golf outing at Carmel Valley Ranch hosted by Montage Health Foundation in partnership with Montage Health’s Center for Physician Excellence and Business Development department to thank our medical staff for their ongoing commitment to provide quality care for our community.
Theme/attire: The theme this year will be "Sports Legends" — wear your favorite sport legend attire.
Registration fee: $100 per golfer
- Includes green fee, cart, tee prize, lunch, hosted drink cart, awards, and reception
- 100 percent of fees are donated to the Outstanding Student Leadership award

8:30 a.m. — Registration opens, driving range available
9:15 a.m. — Welcome
9:30 a.m. — Shotgun Start
12:30 p.m. — Beginner's golf clinic
Cocktail Party and awards ceremony to follow
Tournament format
- Four-person scramble
- Physicians may invite one guest
- Sign up as a group or an individual
- Individuals will be paired up
- This event is designed for players with golf experience
