Finding our office

From Highway 68, turn onto Ragsdale Drive. After the stop sign, take the next right to turn onto our driveway. Montage Medical Group, Ryan Ranch (Building A) is the large building closest to the street. You’ll see a sign with the Montage Medical Group logo and a large “A.” Park for free right in front of the building.

Your first appointment

Please arrive early for your appointment to allow time for parking and check in, that way your doctor can see you as close to your scheduled appointment time as possible.

Bring your medications in their original containers or an updated, detailed medication list. The list should include medication name, dose, frequency (when you take it), and prescribing provider. Please also plan on bringing a history of previous urologic procedures, surgeries, or diagnosis, a list of other urologists you have seen and the results of any previous testing, and your general health history.

Most office visits start with collection of a urine specimen and we ask that you plan to arrive with a full bladder.

Your first appointment will include a physical exam, where you may be asked to remove your clothes. Your doctor will ask questions about and review your medical history, what medications you take, and the symptoms you’re experiencing. If you have questions about this, please talk to our friendly staff.

Self-check-in

You can check in for your appointment through MyChart prior to your arrival. If you use self-check-in, remember to let our reception staff know when you arrive at our office.
