Monterey, CA, November 17, 2025 — Montage Health is pleased to announce the appointment of Alicia Maitland as Chief Financial Officer, effective December 29, 2025. Maitland brings more than two decades of progressive leadership in healthcare finance, with a strong track record of aligning financial strategy with mission-driven care and community impact.
As CFO, Maitland will lead the financial operations that keep Montage Health running strong. Her guidance will play a vital role in helping the organization deliver high-quality, value-based care, support better health outcomes for everyone in Monterey County, and ensure the long-term financial health of the system.

Maitland joins Montage Health following her tenure as Senior Vice President of Finance at Froedtert ThedaCare, where she led enterprise-wide financial operations and supported the organization’s academic health network. Prior to that, she served as Chief Financial Officer at Munson Healthcare in Michigan, where she guided financial strategy across a multi-hospital system and championed transparency and community engagement.

Maitland began her career at Deloitte, specializing in healthcare clients across the tri-state region and Chicago. She later held leadership roles at Rush University Medical Center before joining Munson Healthcare in 2012. She is a certified public accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Wallace E. Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
Her appointment marks a significant step in Montage Health’s strategic evolution, reinforcing its vision to inspire the pursuit of optimal health through coordinated, compassionate, and financially sustainable care.
