Monterey, CA, September 4, 2025 — Parenting doesn’t come with a manual — but a new podcast from Montage Health might be the next best thing. Launching on September 9, Talkaboutable is a 10-episode weekly podcast hosted by Dr. Susan Swick, Chief Mental Health Officer at Montage Health, founding director of the Ohana Center for Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health, and a mother of four. Funded by Montage Health Foundation and produced in collaboration with Lemonada Media, the podcast dives into the real challenges parents face — and how to talk through them with your kids.

Each episode features candid stories from parents navigating the ups and downs of raising kids today, paired with Dr. Swick’s expert insights to help make tough conversations a little less tough. Whether it's anxiety, big emotions, or everyday struggles, Talkaboutable is designed to make the hard stuff easier to understand, handle, and most importantly — talk about.

“As both a child psychiatrist and a mom, I know that parenting is filled with moments that leave you wondering what to say or do next,” says Dr. Swick. “Talkaboutable was created to give parents real, relatable guidance to feel more confident and connected.”

New episodes drop every Tuesday, starting September 9.
Available wherever you get your podcasts, including Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Amazon Music, and more.
