Use this COVID-19 vaccine chart to view vaccine recommendations for children by age group.

Montage Health highly encourages parents to have their children get the COVID-19 vaccine. Though risk of severe illness and hospitalization is not high, it is still possible, and children can spread the illness to others within the community.

Children as young as 6 months are now eligible to be vaccinated. The CDC recommends that children and adolescents age 6 months and older get a COVID-19 vaccine.

Boosters for children

The CDC recommends COVID-19 vaccines for everyone 6 months and older and boosters for everyone 5 years and older, if eligible. Please use the CDC’s COVID-19 booster tool to learn more.
