Montage Health Foundation is a nonprofit organization that inspires and coordinates philanthropic support for Montage Health.

We partner with community members like yourself to envision the best possible healthcare services and experience — and then we get creative to make our shared vision a reality.

Board of Trustees

Smart, passionate community members make up our foundation Board of Trustees. Our board is one of our greatest assets because they believe in the work and impact of Montage Health. Board members guide the foundation and help us grow, raise funds, support existing programs, and finance new services.
