Addressing emerging needs
Your generosity and continued support make a positive difference for Montage Health patients, healthcare workers, and our entire community. Thank you for being part of the Montage Health Foundation family and helping us build a healthier, brighter future for everyone in Monterey County.
Coronavirus relief
During a public health emergency, our community rallied behind Montage Health and Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula. You helped us respond to COVID-19 and its unique challenges. When necessary restrictions made in-person visits unsafe, your donations purchased tablets to keep hospitalized patients in contact with their loved ones.
See ways you can support our ongoing work, including public vaccination clinics.
Mental healthcare for children and teens
Initiated by philanthropist Bertie Bialek Elliott’s generous gift, Ohana is a groundbreaking program to improve youth mental and behavioral healthcare in our community. Construction of a dedicated facility, Ohana House, is underway. In the meantime, executive director Dr. Susan Swick is building a team of professionals to provide patient care and meeting with additional philanthropists to serve as potential partners.
