Types of volunteer opportunities

Adult volunteer opportunities

For adults over 18 years old (not in college) who can commit to a regular volunteer schedule. Your exact hours will depend on your volunteer assignment.

Collegiate volunteer opportunities

Join as a collegiate member if you’re a college student who needs flexibility due to your class schedule.

High school service learning opportunities

High School sophomores, juniors, and seniors are welcome to apply to our Service-Learning Experience Program. Your typical commitment will be two shifts per month for at least one year.

Volunteer expectations

If you want to become an Auxiliary volunteer, you should be willing to:

  • Commit to a minimum of one year of volunteer service
  • Meet the schedule and shift duration requirements of your role and type of membership
