What does a physical include?
The exams typically include standard checks such as blood pressure, height, weight, eyes, ears, nose, throat, heart, allergies, medical history, and a musculoskeletal exam. The school,* team, club, or camp that your child is joining will provide their own physical exam form with exam requirements specific to their program. Be sure to bring this form to your child’s appointment to ensure a straightforward and simple process.
How much does a physical cost?
Youth sports physical exams at MoGo Urgent Care have a $50 flat rate regardless of health insurance status, while school physicals cost $75.
